PBS 1st Management Cluster Meeting Successful

STRIDE facilitated the 1st Management Cluster Conference today. It was a fruitful discussion on Empathetic Leadership, Unconscious Bias, and Managing Difficult Conversations. Station Managers were able to also go back to their core of leadership while we were strategically planning our initiatives for the next 6 years. The participating managers were from the Regional Stations of Batanes, Palawan, Virac, Lucena, Naga, and Albay. The eight Division Chiefs from the Central Office were also present in the planning session.
